I will help you identify new ways to cope with stressors in order to regain a sense of inner safety and security while also reducing ineffective behavioral patterns. You will learn new skills to address symptoms of trauma and develop a new narrative about traumatic event(s) to increase self-worth and purpose.
I am trained in evidence-based treatment methods such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness meditation, and Art Therapy to help you be your best self. I offer a a free phone consultation and accept some insurance.
