MINDFULNESS SKILLS COACHING

Do you want to learn how to integrate Mindfulness into your life? For some, guided meditation just isn't enough. I teach practical Mindfulness skills to help you live a more balanced fulfilling life.

In our busy world of doing, many of us have forgotten how to just be. Working from a specific menu of Mindfulness Based Skills, you will learn to stay focused in “wise mind” as you approach challenging and stressful situations. Mindfulness can bring us to a more centered state of being, where we can learn to move toward compassion and away from judgment.

WHAT TO EXPECT

I offer Mindfulness Skills Coaching based on "Wise Mind" and "Core Mindfulness" Skills found in a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) model. Mindfulness Skills Coaching is considered coaching, not therapy. However, mindfulness skills are often taught in conjunction with the therapy for those who choose to engage in psychotherapy with me. * Please note that I cannot bill insurance for mindfulness skills coaching alone, only for psychotherapy.
