ANXIETY & STRESS- FINDING CALM
Stress is a normal adaptive response to stimuli around us! However, frequent panic, anxiety, low self-esteem and physical and emotional fatigue and suffering doesn't have to be your reality! I will work with you to develop a customized plan for relieving panic, anxiety and stress. By learning a variety of simple stress-reduction techniques and cognitive behavioral skills, we will identify the causes of your anxiety, and help you feel balanced and centered.
Often, the hardest part is reaching out for support. When you're ready, I'm here to help you feel safe and comfortable. Whatever reason may bring you to therapy, I will work with you to understand your needs and be your guide towards self-improvement, connection, joy and balance.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Sessions are 45-55 minutes in length and take place once a weekly basis. The initial session is a biopychosocial interview to gather information on how I can best support you. From there, sessions will be focused on your needs and goals. I offer a free phone consultation and accept some insurance.
