I offer a menu of unique modalities such as Art Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness-Based Therapy to help support you in a holistic way.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The initial intake session for individual therapy is 60 minutes long. Afterwards, sessions are 45 minutes, once a week or more frequently, as needed.
I am trained in evidence-based treatment methods such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness meditation, and Art Therapy to help you be your best self. I offer a free phone consultation and accept some insurance.
