Using a holistic and evidence-based lens, I will help you set realistic goals to enhance wellbeing while offering solutions to increase motivation, self-worth and a renewed sense of purpose. I offer comprehensive and customized approaches to treating depression, including:

- Identifying and resolving harmful behaviors & learning healthy coping strategies

WHAT TO EXPECT
Sessions are 45-60 minutes in length and take place once a weekly basis. The initial session is a biopychosocial interview to gather important information on how I can best support you.
