Relationships are what humans do. Conflict is normal in every relationship but, low-self worth, persistent unhappiness, panic, fear and shame as a result of conflict doesn't have to be your reality! Take the first step toward moving your relationship down the path of reconnection, love, intimacy and friendship.
I provide couples with personalized guidance to foster understanding, connection and resilience. Through a structured approach, I help couples navigate transitions and identify ineffective communication and behavioral patterns. I collaborate with partners to generate practical strategies to strengthen connections, reduce isolation and deepen meaningful change. I am an LGBTQ+ affirmative provider and work with all couples.
I am trained in evidence-based treatment methods such as Relational Life Therapy (RLT- Level One with Terry Real), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness meditation, Art Therapy and other cutting-edge modalities to support you. I offer a free phone consultation and accept some insurance.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Sessions are 45-60 minutes in length and take place once a weekly basis. The initial couples therapy session is a biopychosocial historical interview as couple (with both partners present). I will then meet with each individual alone to gather more personal information. Form there, we will come back together and start an informed, successful course of treatment.
