WHAT TO EXPECT
Sessions are 45-60 minutes in length and take place once a weekly basis. I am trained in evidence-based and holistic treatment methods such as Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness meditation, and Art Therapy. I offer a free phone consultation and accept some insurance.
