Through the art making process, you will feel understood, supported and cared for. Art is its own language, and helps people of all ages resolve conflicts, reduce stress, foster alternate perspectives and enhance well-being and connection (Malchiodi, 2003).
For nearly a decade, I've been successfully integrating art in therapy to support women and young adults in a variety of settings. Through this process, I will help you re-connect with your innately authentic, joyful and peaceful self. Please note that you do not need to consider yourself "artistic" to benefit from the life-affirming experience of participating in Art Therapy.
What is Art Therapy? Art Therapy is an effective (and fun) form of psychotherapy involving self-expression through the use of art and creative expression.
