Is it difficult to relax? We all feel stressed and anxious from time-to-time, but if you suffer from overwhelming and / or persistent stress or panic, it may be time to get support.

I will work with you to develop a customized approach for relieving panic and anxiety while managing everyday stressors. By learning a variety of simple stress-reduction techniques and cognitive behavioral skills, we will identify the causes of your anxiety, and help you feel balanced and centered.

I am trained in evidence-based treatment methods such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness meditation, and Art Therapy to help you be your best self. I offer a a free phone consultation and accept some insurance.
